Preliminary Design and Quotation

Construction Drawings

Once the contract is signed, and the down payment is received, we will commence the construction drawings phase, which typically takes 4-8 weeks. Our team will employ structural analysis software to ensure strength and stability.

Off-site Production

After completing the necessary drawings, your project will proceed to the prefabrication production stage in our factory. With meticulous attention to detail, we conduct welding, rust prevention, painting, insulation, electrical installation, plumbing, assembly testing, and interior decoration, achieving a construction work completion rate of 60% to 90%.

About 1-6 weeks

Delivery

Following rigorous quality inspections and structural tests, we will carefully package your building blocks for transportation, similar to standard shipping containers. The transit time will vary depending on the distance to the designated port.
